Licensed Acupuncturist

Location: Brookfield

Hours: Full-time or Part-time with flexibility (30 hours within the core Monday-Friday, 9am-8pm)
Pay: $30-$45 per hour

What do you get to do as our acupuncturist?
● Assess patients to make diagnoses
● Develop treatment plans
● Treat patients with acupuncture, cupping, moxa, guasha, and/or other therapy
● Monitor progress and perform reassessments
● Complete SOAP notes for all patients
● Understand insurance billing and requirements
Required Education and Experience
● Must be WI Licensed Acupuncturist with their own malpractice insurance
● Must be able to list at least 50 pounds
● Willingness to work with Insurance
● Willingness to work with Massage Therapist and other providers

Second-Shift Office Manager

Pay: $14/hour to $20/hour

Hours: Second shift: 2p to 8:30p during the week & first shift (9a-2p) one to two Saturdays a month.  Willing to flex hours/schedule for the right hire!

Description:

Precision Healing & Wellness is seeking a Second Shift Office Manager who is looking for growth opportunities with HR and strong general business background. Key responsibilities include overall operations management, internal protocols review and management, collaboration with Practitioners and other employees on company financials, recruitment, and administration. This position is a key contributor in reporting to executive leadership and works closely with key sales/marketing team members and key operational executives in the organization. 

Critical for success is a generalist who is a critical thinker who enjoys a variety of projects and embraces continuous learning.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate has 5 + years of progressive office related experience
  • Experience leading a small team
  • IT and Human Resources background/experience helpful
  • Must be able to work second shift hours & one to two Saturdays (1st shift) a month

Purpose for the Position: The Second-Shift Office Manager will assume full responsibility for the management of the day-to-day tasks, billing insurance companies, customer service, & scheduling patients, while maintaining quality standards. To work with the clinic practitioners to ensure an efficient office operation that provides levels of service that consistently exceeds patient expectations.

The Front Office Manager Essential Responsibilities

  • To ensure that patients are greeted, checked in and allocated rooms promptly and courteously.
  • To ensure that check-in procedures are strictly adhered to & update patient information
  • To be readily available at all times to deal with challenges that may arise 
  • To ensure that rooms have been ‘flipped’ and maintained to the standards established by the clinic
  • To ensure that all charges are correctly entered & billed
  • To ensure that accounts are balanced daily/weekly
  • To ensure effective and courteous check-out procedures.
  • To ensure that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are handled promptly and courteously.
  • To hold regular performance appraisals with all staff, identifying areas for development and training needs and ensuring that this training is affected.
  • To carry out or ensure that regular On-the-Job training is taking place to agreed standards.
  • To attend Management Meetings as required.
  • To ensure accurate and timeliness submission of all reports and administrative work.
  • To monitor trends within the industry and make suggestions how these could be implemented.
  • Ability to work independently, as a team and with other areas of the business
  • Attention to detail, ethical, confidential, positive attitude, and responsive team player
  • Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills

To do this kind of work, you must be able to:

  • Read and interpret insurance policies, & place calls to insurance companies as needed 
  • Analyze and interpret established policies.
  • Make business decisions based on production reports and similar facts as well as on your own experience and personal opinions.
  • Deal with the general public, customers, associates, patients and veterans with tact and courtesy.
  • Plan and organize the work of others.
  • Speak and write clearly.
  • Accept full responsibility for managing an activity.
  • Complete all assigned tasks, reports, projects etc. in a professional manner and on an on-time basis.
  • Be available for work evenings & one Saturday a month

Physical Demands: Lifting 50 lbs. Maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 lbs. Requires walking or standing or sitting to a significant degree, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing.

Environmental Conditions: Inside: The job is considered “inside” if the worker spends approximately 75% or more of the time inside. This is an inside job.

Language Skills: Must have developed language skills to the point to be able to: Read patient charts, insurance policies, EOBs, journals, and manuals. Write business letters/emails, summaries and reports using prescribed format and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style. Participate in discussions and debates. Speak extemporaneously on a variety of subjects.

Relationships To Data, People And Things

People: Supervising: Determining or interpreting work procedures for a group of workers, assigning specific duties to them, maintaining harmonious relations among them and promoting efficiency. A variety of responsibilities are involved in this function.

Things: Handling: Using proper body mechanics to help patients, change room tables, etc.

Licensed Massage Therapist

At Precision Healing and Wellness we seek to understand and meet our clients needs through close communication with other healthcare providers. As a Massage Therapist at PH&W you will be expected to think for yourself, and provide quality & result driven treatments. While we do have clients looking for relaxation, many of our clients have medical needs and seek alternative therapies that require an in-depth massage education. We work alongside acupuncturists and other medical professionals to create treatment outcomes for the betterment of the client.

Requirements:

  • Must hold valid WI Massage License, Malpractice Insurance, and CPR certification.
  • Must have experience (Minimum 1-3 years experience)
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
  • Must be comfortable filling out SOAP notes for Insurance purposes
  • Must be willing to have an NPI (National Provider Identification Number)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with diverse medical conditions
  • Part-time with opportunity to grow to full-time
  • Independent yet collaborative with other practitioners

Job Duties:

  • Perform 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute services
  • Fully prepare yourself for your day
  • Help with laundry when needed
  • Write complete soap notes
  • Discuss treatment goals and outcomes with patients
  • Rebook/Schedule patients
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Must work a minimum 1 Saturday a month
