We’re Hiring a Certified Acupuncturist
Are you a certified acupuncturist who is independent, yet thrives in a collaborative workplace? The hours for our certified acupuncturist position are flexible, and our team of professionals is first-class.
Your responsibilities as a certified acupuncturist would include:
- Assessing and diagnosing patients
- Developing treatment plans
- Treating patients with acupuncture, cupping, moxa, guasha, and other therapies
- Completing SOAP notes
- Understanding insurance billing and requirements

We’re Hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist
Are you are a caring, results-driven licensed massage therapist, who is looking for part-time work? We are hiring a licensed massage therapist with in-depth training, as many of our patients seek alternative therapy for medical needs.
Your job responsibilities as a licensed massage therapist would include:
Performing 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute services
- Assessing patients
- Discussing treatment goals and outcomes with patients
- Working alongside our team of acupuncturists, and other medical professionals to achieve the best therapeutic outcomes
- Completing SOAP notes
- Scheduling and checking your patients in and out
- Working at least 1 Saturday per month

- You hold a WI licensed massage therapist, malpractice insurance, and CPR certification
- You have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience
- Your background includes working with diverse medical conditions
- You have an NPI (National Provider Identification Number)
- You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively
- You can lift 50 pounds

We’re Hiring a Front Office Manager
You would be the first line of communication for our patients, so this position is very important to us! The ideal candidate is personable, responsible, enjoys working independently, and collaborating with our team. The job is for our second shift.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Handling phone calls promptly, and courteously
- Checking patients in and out with a warm and friendly disposition
- Ensuring rooms are “flipped” and maintained to our standards
- Updating patient information
- Ensuring charges are correctly entered and billed
- Balancing accounts daily/weekly
- Holding performance reviews with staff, and identifying areas for development
- Carrying out On-the-Job training for staff
- Attending management meetings
- Submitting reports, and administrative work accurately and on time
- Monitoring trends in the industry, and making suggestions
- Reading, and interpreting insurance policies
- Work evenings, and 1 Saturday per month
