Wow! 2020 was a crazy, eventful year. I know, personally, I have struggled more with my mental health than I have in years past.
Thankfully, I had a wonderful support system that helped me through it. One of the big things that has helped me a lot was my Acupuncture and Chiropractor appointments; without them I’m sure I would have been a lot more uncomfortable. Not only did 2020 bring in my appreciation for Novia’s amazing talents, but also for Tiffany’s.

How do you go about checking your insurance for Acupuncture & Massage Therapy benefits?
- Make an appointment with for Acupuncture or Massage Therapy
- Bring in your insurance card when you come in for your appointment
- Hand your insurance to the person sitting at the front desk
- We will make copies of your insurance card & hand it back to you
- It can take 1 to 3 business days to check insurance, so please be patient with us
